Pricing for Wedding Receptions, Cocktail Parties, Luncheons, Corporate Events, etc.

The rental fee is for the entire day.

1-100 people   $1,500
101-125 people   $1,650
126-150 people   $1,750
151-200 people   $2,150
over 200   priced per contract

This rental includes the grounds and first floor of the historic house, as well as the services of our event planner.

We require a $500 security deposit upon signing of the contract, which holds the date of your function. Until we receive this deposit there is no confirmed date. If for any reason you cancel your date this deposit is non-refundable. The total deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after your function if everything is okay and it is not needed for extra clean up, missing or broken items.
