Peak Season: March 1 through June 30 and

Off-Peak Season: November, December, January, February, July, August

 

The rental fee includes:

- The grounds and historice house for the day

- In-House Event Coordinator (ltd.)

- Event Manager / Parking Attendant

- 5 60" Round Tables and White Linen Tablecloths

- 5 50" Round Table and White Linen Tablecloths

- 6 Tall Cocktail Tables and White Linen Tablecloths

-6 Rectangle Tables and Tablecloths

 

We require a $500 deposit upon signing of the contract, which holds the date of your function. Of this fee, $250 goes toward the security deposit, and $250 goes toward the rental fee. The security deposit will be returned to you within 30 days after your function if everything is okay and it is not needed for extra clean up, missing or broken items.
